Controller, Private Equity Fund Finance
Get in before the next fundraise and own the finance function as it scales.
The Opportunity
A Philadelphia-headquartered middle-market private equity sponsor is adding a Controller to its finance team. The firm invests across several flagship funds alongside co-investment partnerships and a handful of separate accounts, and it is preparing for its next fundraise. Roles like this, reporting directly to the CFO with real ownership, visibility to the deal and IR teams, and a mandate to build, don't come around often at firms this size. This person becomes the go-to owner of fund-level accounting and LP reporting and helps build the processes and people the platform will need over the next several years.
