2017 Ramax Search, Inc. Client & Candidate Engagement Survey
Last year, when we introduced our first survey, we were not sure what to expect. We were thrilled with the overwhelming response. For 2017, we received almost 3,000 total responses from professionals and hope that the results will continue to provide clear insight of recent hiring trends, effective processes, and compensation trends.
Almost half of those responded also answered the section as hiring managers.
