TOTAL COMPENSATION is targeted at ~$125K - $300K. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s credentials, performance and value added to the firm / department, and will be calculated as a combination of base salary, and bonuses / commissions depending on level / production.
Financial / Wealth Advisor
We are currently recruiting for varied levels of positions for several different offices of a leading investment advisor. Positions can be located in any major US city, and will be hybrid.
Position Overview:
Our client is an independent investment adviser serving clients across three principal business units: US Private Client, Institutional and Private Client International. Together, these groups serve a diverse global client base that includes corporations, public and multi-employer pension funds, foundations and endowments, governments and high net worth families.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee local office / regional processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the regional team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Interact with client support teams to assist you in achieving success for clients. Support network that extends from your client support team office to your region to the home office – You’ll work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
Qualifications:
- Series 7 and Series 66 preferred (but not necessary)
- Experience in financial services working with clients, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success
- Any additional professional designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and/or CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) would be helpful as well.
- Strong communications skills and self-starter
