Experienced Wealth Advisor(s)

Position Overview:

Our client is a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding, 200+ person wealth management firm redefining what it means to build a modern, client-first advisory practice. Led by a seasoned management team with deep industry experience and a proven track record of building and scaling elite advisory businesses, the firm combines institutional-grade resources with a boutique, advisor-led culture, offering experienced advisors the ideal environment to elevate their practice, preserve independence, and accelerate long-term growth.

Advisors who have transitioned from wirehouses, private banks, and independent RIAs consistently describe the move as transformative — a rare opportunity to focus on clients, scale their impact, and access technology, investment capabilities, and support typically reserved for the largest institutions.

The firm’s advantage is clear: freedom without isolation, scale without bureaucracy, and a leadership team that truly partners with advisors. It is a destination for high-performing professionals seeking collaboration, transparency, and excellence, where the right infrastructure amplifies rather than limits what top advisors have built.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Deliver holistic financial planning and investment advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term results.
  • Transition and expand an existing transferable book of business with full operational, compliance, and marketing support.
  • Build and scale a personal advisory business within the firm’s national platform, with the flexibility to grow a team, define a niche, and expand market presence.
  • Leverage advanced portfolio management tools, open-architecture investment options, and institutional-grade research to deliver sophisticated solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across tax, estate, trust, and business planning disciplines to deliver comprehensive, multi-dimensional advice.
  • Drive business development initiatives through strategic client acquisition, referral partnerships, and brand engagement.
  • Participate in firmwide strategy discussions, contributing to thought leadership and best practices among peers.
  • Maintain full ownership of client relationships while benefiting from the firm’s national brand, infrastructure, and shared resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or financial planner.
  • Proven ability to bring a portable, self-sourced book of business.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses required.
  • Advanced designations such as CFP®, CIMA®, or CPWA® preferred.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with the ability to build, lead, and grow a client-centric advisory business.
  • Strong client relationship management, business development, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to fiduciary standards, integrity, and long-term client outcomes.
  • Comfortable working remotely, supported by the firm’s robust national infrastructure.
