Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor

Position Overview:

Our client is a nationally recognized, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing over $50 billion in client assets with a proven track record of double-digit annual growth. Backed by institutional-caliber infrastructure, proprietary technology, and a leadership team of industry veterans, the firm delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and institutions across the United States.

As the firm continues its nationwide expansion, it seeks Senior and Vice President-level Wealth Advisors to help serve existing clients and drive new client acquisition. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have experienced the scale and resources of larger financial institutions but seek the entrepreneurial freedom, equity potential, and client-first culture of an independent platform.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that combines the polish of a national brand with the agility of a boutique, offering the tools, credibility, and flexibility to build a significant practice without legacy restrictions or proprietary sales pressures.

Responsibilities will include: (but not be limited to):

  • Serve as primary advisor to a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, delivering comprehensive financial advice across investments, estate planning, tax, risk management, and family wealth strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand your book of business through client referrals, professional networks, and strategic partnerships with centers of influence.
  • Provide fiduciary-level advisory services, always putting clients’ interests first while leveraging the firm’s full range of planning, investment, and tax resources.
  • Partner with internal experts in investment research, financial planning, tax, and estate services to deliver holistic, multi-disciplinary advice.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, and sophisticated wealth planning strategies for affluent clientele.
  • Participate in thought leadership initiatives and represent the firm at client events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
  • Leverage the firm’s national brand, operational support, and cutting-edge technology to deliver an exceptional client experience while growing your personal impact.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of direct advisory experience serving HNW and UHNW clients, typically with $5 million+ in investable assets.
  • Proven track record of business development success and relationship management within the private client or wealth management space.
  • Deep knowledge of holistic wealth management, including investments, tax mitigation, estate planning, philanthropy, and risk management.
  • CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA® or similar advanced designations preferred.
  • Series 65 or equivalent required (or willingness to obtain within a defined period).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, JD, etc.) a plus.
  • Strong ethical foundation with a commitment to fiduciary standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to shape the future of a rapidly growing firm while building personal equity and long-term value.
  • Experience working in or competing with large, nationally recognized firms, while seeking a more entrepreneurial, client-first environment.
