Manager / Senior Manager – Compliance and Quality Control

Reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer this individual will serve as a key member of the team and company as they continue to rapidly expand.
Specific Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
The Sr. Manager, Compliance and Quality Control is accountable for evaluating the Ratings team’s adherence to methodologies and procedures for determining credit ratings, as well as the overall consistency of credit ratings throughout the organization. The role will also be accountable for helping to evaluate controls intended to ensure compliance with SEC regulations pertaining to credit rating agencies. This is a highly visible role within the company and will involve regular communication with senior management.
