Job Description:

The Treasury Solutions Group is a newly formed fund platform offering clients a highly liquid alternative investment options based on a proprietary liquid investment approach.

The candidate we are seeking will:

  • Assist in the accounting and reporting for all of Treasury Solutions’ investments and activity, including accounting and reporting on the newly issued MTM on our investment portfolio, government and corporate bonds, MBS & ABS, foreign exchange, futures, options, swaps and other derivatives.
  • Produce daily and periodic client reporting and supporting analysis for ad hoc data requests from clients and portfolio manager.
  • Assist with the annual preparation of financial statements.
  • Calculate  management and incentive fees (waterfall and high-watermark concepts)
  • Coordinate with external auditors for preparation of annual financial statements
  • Liaise  with Operations, Controllers, Portfolio Managers, Investor Services, Legal, Tax and various external parties to resolve process and accounting issues
  • Prepare month end reporting packages – consolidation of multiple portfolios, expense accruals, pricing, etc.
  • Manage the relationship with the 3rd-party administrator
  • Knowledge of the portfolio product types (bank debt, marketable fixed-income securities including mortgage and asset-back securities, repurchase agreements, interest rate and FX derivatives, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in fund accounting and investor capital allocation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the portfolio product types (bank debt, marketable fixed-income securities including mortgage and asset-back securities, repurchase agreements, interest rate and FX derivatives, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of a master-feeder fund structure is preferred
  • Audit experience in the alternative investments industry is a beneficial attribute
  • Investran and Wall Street Suite experience
  • CPA license (+)
Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00
